Before we decide to meet for therapy, I will offer you a free 20 - 30 minute telephone consultation in order for me to get an idea of what brings you to therapy, for us to discuss how I might be able to help, and to get an idea of if we will be a ‘good fit’. We can think about what sort of approach will work best for you - whether it is a time limited number of sessions focusing on a particular issue or more open-ended work.
